A shiny little poppet here from the Concours de l'Ordinaire back in July. It's a 1978 Opel Manta SR Berlinetta - the second-generation Manta that shared much with its Cavalier coupe stablemate, and revelled in the last of the Manta line's chrome-laden flair before the plastic-fantastic B2 facelift arrived in 1982.
It's positively engorged with swanky features - Rostyle wheels, headlamp wipers, ServoGlide power windows, a vinyl roof, an automatic gearbox, and an interior that looks like the inside of Mick Jagger's mouth. A rather lovely and sylph-like Capri alternative.
