OK, last Rolls-Royce for a while, I promise. Got a bit over-excited. But I've saved the best for last...
The new Series II Ghost was by far my favourite of the three to drive. Imagine if you scaled down the Phantom by, say, ten percent or so, then squeezed in the ballistic engine from the Wraith (slightly detuned, bur still packing 592bhp [about the same as a McLaren MP4-12C]) - the new Ghost is the result. Magnificently opulent interior, extraordinary refinement, keen handling, and eyewatering pace. If you find yourself with a spare £200,000, this is the only car you'll ever need. Actually, sod it, make it £230k for the Extended Wheelbase version. In for a penny, etc.
Once you've sunk your heels into that extravagantly deep carpet and opened the taps on the twin-turbo V12, your life will never be the same again. I'm seriously considering robbing a bank.
