Gol Turbo

What you see here is a Volkswagen Gol. And no, that's not a typo.
It's obscure over here, but five million of these have been sold in Brazil and Argentina; a sort of cross between a Polo and a Scirocco, it succeeded the Beetle in South America. Indeed, the first Gols had the Beetle's air-cooled flat-four mounted in the front, before being replaced in the mid-eighties by water-cooled Passat engines.
...and this one here's a little special. A bespoke turbo & intercooler setup, forged conrods & pistons and bigger injectors, with an interior stuffed with gauges and bombswitches. Looks like fun, huh?
