E39 V8 drifter

When considering a drift car, it's traditional to go Japanese. After all, Touge culture was born in the hills of Japan. The further ends of the budgetary spectrum may look abroad - modern US muscle (a Mustang, say) for big-money competition, or a cheap E30 for trampdrifting - but on the whole, the land of the rising sun is the motherland of the drift car.
So it's refreshing to see this, an E39 BMW with a whacking great V8 in the nose. 295bhp and 332lb.ft combined with a multitude of carbon-fibre addenda, a substantial cage and BC coilovers make for a competitive beast, but first and foremost it's built for fun. And it does look fun, doesn't it?
