Lister Le Mans

I know what you're thinking: it's a Jaguar XJ-S with a bodykit. But no, the Lister Le Mans was so much more than that; Lister started with a standard XJ-S for each example they built, but they changed pretty much everything, from the more aerodynamic nose to the reprofiled flying buttresses. The real fireworks, as you might expect from Lister, ignited under the bonnet, where a 7.0-litre iteration of Jaguar's V12 resided, offering close to 500bhp. Or, if you fancied ticking the twin-supercharger box, 700bhp. 200mph? Piece of cake.
Lister only built 50 of these, but SuckSqueezeBangBlow has found one for sale for you here - for just £40k, you can really annoy XJ220 owners on trackdays.
