Bagged Mustang Cobra

Built by Ford's SVT, the Mustang Cobra was rather a special little thing; a substantial reworking of the suspension and brakes facilitated the deployment of the spicy 320bhp from the 5.0-litre Windsor V8.
The one you see here has, as you may have spotted, a supercharger. It also has 480bhp. So far, so muscle car. But this one sits on airbag suspension, which is pretty unusual in muscle car territory - anathema to some, but you can't argue with the results. It sits perfectly.
More here.

Thanks for sharing pics of my car. A little more research would have taught you that the Cobra in question doesn't have a 5.0L Windsor, it has a 4.6L DOHC supercharged V8. But hey, I'm not complaining, you're sharing pics of my car after all!

Ah, thanks for the info - have to say, there's a hole in my knowledge when it comes to Mustangs, and I'm always keen to learn! Your car looks fantastic, I really like what you've done with it. I started a thread on this earlier on the Retro Rides forum, it went down quite well - check it out:
